Baiken -Guilty Gear-

A quick picture of Baiken I made. Decided to use this picture as some experimentation....I went back to trying to emulate watercolors digitally. It's actually a lot harder than it would seem, at least for the way I do watercolor (using pours/spraying/etc) to really get that same effect, and in the end the process is of course way different. Basically, finding a process that is natural & intuitive, and achieves a similar result to traditional watercolor is the tricky part.  

I've been drawing several Guilty Gear characters to temper my excitement for Revelator's arcade release. Even though the console version won't come until, at the earliest, the end of the year (and even that's optimistic, I think), I'm really excited to see some Japanese vets return to Johnny, more Jack-O footage, those insanely gorgeous looking stages, and eventually down the line Jam back in action!
